Brand New Devices

Refurbished / Pre-Owned Devices

Refurbished or pre-owned devices are previously used devices that have been tested and prepared for resale.

Devices may be described using cosmetic grades such as:

  • Grade A – Excellent condition with minimal or no visible signs of use
  • Grade B – Good condition with light signs of wear
  • Grade C – Visible cosmetic wear but fully functional

Cosmetic grades refer to appearance only and do not affect device functionality.

Minor cosmetic marks such as scratches or small scuffs may be present on refurbished devices.

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Images may be for illustration purposes only
  • Cosmetic variations may exist between devices of the same grade
  • Refurbished devices may not include original packaging or accessories unless specified

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are shown in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
